Here's a pair of panniers I made for a friend o' mine.
6x9x21" unfurled. 15" across at the top when folded. 13" high, folded.
Waxwear 10.10 waxed cotton with 1000d Cordura boot.

The straps need to be rubber-banded out of the way or tucked into the buckle to keep 'em out of the spokes.

Super-simple design. Maximum covered load capacity with minimal flair.

I should've ordered some pannier bungee hooks from Jandd when I ordered the J hooks. These were the only hooks I could find at the hardware store. They're strong & deep enough. I'd like a hook with a lower profile, though.

Floating liner. Masonite pegboard frame.
