Simple Messenger Bag

Prototyping a simple nineteen-inch messenger bag. 19x11", 14x5" bottom. 1000d Cordura & cotton duck.
This is like a bag I made last month, but a bit bigger.
Trying out a simple zipper pocket.
Loop!

This is a pattern that I came up with (well, altered is more like it...this is pretty much the eternal messenger bag pattern) for this DIY messenger bag post here: http://leiflabs.blogspot.com/2009/02/make-messenger-bag.html
I know you want to make your own. C'mon.

Hey do you have dimensions for the pattern above? Are there any trickier assembly instructions than your other posts?

Daniel,
It's essentially the same at the Alternative Pattern on this post: http://leiflabs.blogspot.com/2009/02/make-messenger-bag.html
...but with some inches shaved off.
It makes a bag 19x11", 5x14" (bottom). It's 20" wide at the flap, and 23" wide at the lip. The flap is 10" long. The front trapezoid is 10.5" high (the back is 11"). So you'd need a piece of fabric 36.5x23".
The instructions are simple and pretty much the same as those mentioned on the post above.
Lemme know if you have any other questions.
Happy sewing.
